This is Kanpei Kushita, representative of Poka Poka Farm.
I made the decision to live in nature, and moved from Tokyo to Ayabe City.
Ayabe is a small city in the north of Kyoto Prefecture, with a population of about 33,000.
The neighborhood of Kamiyata-cho, where Poka Poka Farm is located, features an expanse of countryside and farmland, full of nature.
In 2012, we began fertilizer- and pesticide-free sesami farming, and now also produce rice, wildflower tea, and seasonal vegetables.
Please come and visit us if you'd like to relax in nature, perhaps even more from the city to the countryside, or experience farming.
