Ume Plums and Figs♪ Searching for Local Sweets and Sake in Kyoto Tea Country
Joyo's specialty products are "plums and figs." We heard that many wagashi (Japanese sweets) shops and bakeries around Joyo use these ingredients in their creations, so we decided to take a drive and explore. Each item was crafted with care and was simply irresistible. By the end of the day, our bag was filled with delicious souvenirs! Another must-try is the matcha sweets made with Joyo’s renowned high-quality tea. Their rich aroma and intense flavor make them a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Be sure to give them a try!

Riverside Cycling in Yawata, Kyoto
A cycling route from Iwashimizu Hachimangu Station to Nagare Bridge (Kozuya Bridge) using a rental bike. Start your journey by visiting the National Treasure, Iwashimizu Hachimangu Shrine.
