Included in the "Hundred Best Roads in Japan" for 1986 (Showa 61). Certified by the Ministry of Construction. Selected by the "Hundred Best Roads in Japan" selection committee as a road that is loved and cherished by town residents. The "Philosopher's Walk" was originally called the "Small Thinking path." You can see fire flies in the summer.

- Take city bus, get off at "Higashitennocho," walk 10 min.
